Erika has always been inspired by her surroundings and strives to create harmonious living spaces that are known for clean lines, natural light and warmth. Her affinity for interior design and remodeling was established at a young age as her parents moved 8 times and remodeled 8 houses along the coast of Maine before she graduated high school. After studying Art History and Economics in Boston, Erika worked on the Institutional Trading Desks at the Federal Home Loan Bank and CIBC-Oppenheimer for several years after college. After moving with her family to the Vail Valley, Erika’s affinity for interior design and remodeling was re-kindled, she worked as a lead designer for one of Vail’s largest interior design firms. With a studious eye for interior design and financial acumen, Erika started dowe-studio to offer an interior design service that fills a current void in the market place. By offering highly professional interior architecture and design services that create client value with a keen eye on the bottom line.
